About this tour
A comprehensive tour combining the charm of northern Morocco with the imperial gems. From Tangier, the gateway to Africa, you'll explore the white medina of Tetouan and the blue town of Chefchaouen in the Rif Mountains. The journey continues to Rabat and Casablanca, whose highlights include the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V and the majestic Hassan II Mosque. In Marrakech, the “red city”, the Bahia Palace, the Koutoubia, the souks and the lively Jemaa el Fna square await. After a coastal stop in Mohammedia, the itinerary returns to Tangier before bidding farewell to Morocco across the Strait of Gibraltar. We recommend doing the tour by ferry from the Costa del Sol.

Day 1
Arrival in Tangier
Welcome to Morocco. We land in Tangier, the legendary gateway to Africa, a city that inspired artists such as Matisse, Paul Bowles and Tennessee Williams. After being met at the airport, transfer to the hotel and free time to rest or, depending on your arrival time, enjoy a first taste of this vibrant city steeped in mystery.
Optionally, you can arrange independent visits, such as exploring the white medina of Assilah or Tangier's museums, among many other activities.

Asilah is a peaceful coastal town south of Tangier, known for its laid-back atmosphere and its pedestrianised medina of cobbled streets. Highlights include its Andalusian-style courtyards, carved doors and its closeness to the Atlantic Ocean, which offers lovely views and an ideal setting for a relaxed cultural escape.

Price per person. Please enquire about supplements for joining the group if arriving outside the itinerary and for departures from other points in Andalusia. Passengers are responsible for their own travel documents. Missing ferry crossings or flights will incur additional costs, which may vary depending on the time of year. Please travel with 1 suitcase per person. Excess baggage incurs an additional charge of 20€ per extra suitcase. Due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, itineraries may be subject to changes or alterations in the order of the programme.
